FNB Beyond Useless.

I had a personal loan with FNB. On July 2017 I paid it off in full. FNB acknowledged this many times. On July 24 2017, FNB debited my account by mistake as the loan was laready paid off in full. I then requested they refund me the debit. They then refunded me twice. Now my personal loan is in the negative and the amount is even more than the refunded amount. I have spoent nearly 6 hours on the phone with FNB requesting they debit my account and close the personal loan on my account. Its been more than 2 weeks and nothing, the people you speak to are beyond useless and once you start losing your cool they simply hang up. Then you need to start all over. I will be accepting the refund as a gift seeing as I have to litterally beg FNB to take back the money and close my account. Thank you FNB. As you have clearly showed just how much you actually value your Premier Account holders.

So FNB debited the additional refund from me on 10 August 2017. And yet it seems they still want an additional R51 from me for interest incurred on the double refund you gave me. how does this work? You owe a client money, you pay him back too much by accident, you take back the extra money and charge him interest for it?
Please do explain this logic to me?.....
