FNB Beyers Naude are STARS!

FNB in Beyers Naude versus FNB at Cresta I have been part of FNB for quite a while now and if I have to compare two branches with each other, the FNB in Beyers Naude far exceeds the FNB at Cresta in terms of service, dealing with clients, service delivery, etc.etc. For years now there have been rumours that FNB want to close the Beyers Naude branch. Fortunately, they have not…yet. The few times that I have been to the Cresta branch I have had to wait for absolute ages! This is one of their prime branches, but an utter disappointment. Do not think of doing anything banking related at the Cresta branch. Your lunch hour will be over before your needs are attended to. The Beyers Naude branch, however, offers sterling service. The waiting period is relatively short and old and young are treated exceptionally well. The managers are superb and very helpful. They actually will come and check with clients if they need help. They are not hidden away in offices as they are at Cresta. They seem genuinely interested in being of service. From the moment you walk in the young lady at the front will come and help you whatever your issue to direct you to the right person or place. Then, when your number is called, you receive the same exceptional service from the banking staff. Unfortunately, there are some services they cannot offer and you are directed to the Cresta branch. Oh boy! This is like hearing the worst news ever. Also, because they are such a small branch I am sure they do not receive the same commissions as the larger branches. What a shame! FNB please start rewarding your staff for exceptional service as those at FNB Beyers Naude are doing much more for your brand than the Cresta staff. R.Randall-Taylor Email: ***
