FNB: BEWARE CELLPHONE BANKING APP

I bought some tyre for my car and made a transfer of funds through P2cell to a business who also banks with FNB. The business owner later said she never received the money and that the account linked to the cellphone number was closed. I had to make another payment in order to leave with the goods purchased. It's been 7 months since, the bank is sending me from pillar to post. The reason for the long wait is that they are tracking the money and the bank has to follow processes. I have visited them like 5 times now and none of this times is under an hour as i wait on those phone booths in the bank to get someone to hear me out. No one seems to have a clear answer why this has taken this long or where the money is. My question then is can I trust this bank with MY money? So glad I realized this shrewdness before the sale of my house! I wonder if the reverse will come back with interest if at all it ever happens😡
