FNB BEVERLY NUKERI BAD SERVICE

i have a very serious complaint against Beverly Nukeri... this lady will put account on hold requesting me to send her affidavits and proof of delivery of good with chats from my clients of which i will do all that but as soon as i send all that this lady will never respond... i have been calling for the past one week still this lady refuses to open my account... i am pregnant and late with my antenatal visit payments and this Beverly woman is still not responding to my emails.. i have called FNB ***** department tire and all they say is she is available but she doesnt take calls only emails.. this is the same person i have been calling for the past one week yet to no avail...... if she is so *********** then why not refer my case to someone that will assist me on time.... i am not happy with Beverly Nukeri service .... FNB please help........ ANNALISSA SYDNEY AND AM IN jhb
