FNB best Banking service

Recently had an issue where I was unable to use the online banking to order a new card, and was not able to get hold of the call centre on the phone. my private Banker, Lindelwa, came to my rescue, god bless her soul, she tried to contact me numerous times over 24 hours to help me and still did not give up until she assisted me in ordering the new card via the app which worked perfectly. Thank you Lindelwa, FNB is really the best.
