I am soo ****ed after the run arounds I've been getting from fnb... Query reference ***Q must be reopen because I want my R3000 or the footage of the person who took it

As per your rep I was requested to do afidvents and go to the branch wer the money was withdrawn, i did that and was assisted by a very nice manager Mr L at FNB Randburg Square who checked the footage and confirmed the money did not go out and we called fnb ewallet and a query was logged Query reference ***Q and close with a text saying no refund will take place... what the **** 😳
