FNB being ******* as usual!!!

Dear FNB your credit life insurance is absolute thievery!! I requested last month in writing that this be cancelled! Your service advisor confirmed it would be done on 2-3 days, i just noticed now that inwas charged it again! You will reverse this immediately with interest or suffer the consequences!!!!
