FNB being a **** as a bank

Made a paysharp payment on it’s been over 48 hours the payment doesn’t reflect or return back to my account I’ve been on a call with more than 10 people from FNB none has assisted they keep on lying to me saying the funds will reflect in the morning, after 8, in 24 hours, in an hour and also more different stories which makes me now start to doubt the banks credibility money being stuck in the air and they keep on telling **** stories and promise to call back in an hour or a few minutes but none of those actions actually happen they do not get back to me. I don’t want to mention people’s names now I want my money this is for a huge emergency and I have been waiting for the longest time this is destroying my life.
