FNB Bedfordview. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! I took my dad into the branch to open an account. We have been back a further 2x. An 85 year old man queueing. They can't even spell his name correctly even though they have his ID in front of them. Now the card gets delivered and guess what. I can't activate the card on his App. Or online or the Atm. Now we have to go back into the branch. Surprise surprise!!!? So these people don't know what they are doing. As I said a waste of time. Then... Try phoning FNB Bedfordview. The three numbers never get answered or just get cut off. I think we will move onto another HUMAN FRIENDLY bank.
