fnb Bedford gardens is disgusting

<p>This Bedford gardens branch is an absolute joke!!!!! Never have I received such disgusting service in my life!!!! I am a loyal customer with fnb, I have my personal account, credit card, petrol card and my car finance through them as well as my business account! I have tried the past 3 hours to get hold of the branch and they cut me off about 17 times!! I have tried numerous times to get hold of a specific consultant (lindokuhle khumalo) she is clearly untraceable! She opened a money on call account for my business last week and put it into the wrong business name!! Fnb Claims the only way to fix this problem is to contact the consultant directly! Yet she is untraceable?!? Not one fnb telephone consultant has helped me! I am so sick of the shocking service fnb continuously gives me, I am thinking of leaving this ban****!</p>
