FNB bedford centre the worst bank

FNB Bedford Centre has to be one of the worst banks i've ever dealt with, their staff are absolutely rude and unhelpful, I waited to hours today just to do a deposit eventually I left because It took too long, it takes them 40 minutes to help one person, one teller helping 20 to thirty people. it would be better if this branch closed down and you only had eastgate in bedfordview, as they are absolutely useless. I saw no less than 3 people complaining about the service there today.
