Fnb becoming worse and worse.

Opened an FNBy account for my son. It's on his name and the card is due for collection. Made the mistake to try and use the secure chat feature as I am currently out of the country. Fnb is insisting that I personally pick up the card and hand it to my son. They won't even accept my wife, who is also a FNB client, and son together to collect the card. Decided to cancel the card and close the account and apparently there are debit orders on the new account that doesn't even have a card yet. Fnb has become a joke of a bank. Time to make a move.
