FNB becoming the worst bank

So this review is regarding myself obtaining a fixed interest rate on my home loan, it has been 5 calls and still no quote, just promises that they will call back.... they transfer me every time to either the first call center or someone who transfers me back to the first call center I phone.

Not to mention my Ebucks that does not pick up points for my life cover, Covid 19 relief LOAN! that has various added charges and puts you in further debt when you need their help, my cheque card that cannot draw cash, major issues when opening my Business account with them and there have been occasions where I cannot make payments from the account, the call center just says it is closed.... the next day it miraculously just works again.

What a bank FNB is shaping up to be....
