FNB becoming more useless by the day.

Just been trying to sort out my debit card delivery on FNB chat. Waited 32 minutes for the initial response by Mabande and then I responded within 4 minutes. 4 minutes later I was asked for the last 4 digits of the card to which the chat was suspended by him within 4 minutes while I was trying to respond. Thanks FNB but you suck big time. Also waiting for an email reply that was registered 9/7/2020.
