FNB bD service

I wrote about FNB,s bad service, recieveD several mesages that they will contact me within 48 hours but like I stated before, they can take your money but cant rectify their problems. FNB service still sucks as there are no service to complain about. "Your Complaint ***NF has been assigned to Customer Resolution Centre. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly."
