FNB BAYSIDE BRANCH'S WORST SERVICE.

I had one of the worst service at FNB Bay Side Mall. I tried to make a deposit in one of their Atms on 2nd of June, the money was accepted into the machine but the transaction wasn't recorded as l got a slip which said " transaction UNSUCCESSFUL", I immediately went into the bank to query this with the Bank agent ( Vuyiswa ) is the young man l spoke to, he assured me that this kind of thing happens all the time and my issue was going to sorted out by end of the day and my money was gonna reflect the following day, He proceeded to take my details including the alleged amount deposited.

One of the legislatures regulating Banks is to protect the customer's money and making it readily available to depositors when needed, By the 3rd my account still hadn't recorded that R 4100 which l deposited on the 2nd, this prompted me to go back to the Branch of which l asked to speak to the Manager, She ( The manageres) came and l narrated my ordeal telling her that money was part of my rent which l according to my lease agreement was supposed to have been deposited into my landlords account on the 2nd, failure to do that attracts a late payment fee, She pretended to understand me by clearly you could see through her covid mask she wasn't bothered nor concerned about me. To get rid of me she went into her office came back with a paper pad and a pen and took YET .. Again my details and promised me l was going to be contacted before day end.

Today its the 4th still nothing, no one has contacted me , l mean Zilch , Nada... And am three day late on my rental and that means l am going to pay a fee that am not responsible for,

I have seen lots of bad reviews on this platform about Bay Side FNB and its PATHETIC service customers complaining about the same issue as back as 2018, something is seriously wrong with the way this Branch is Run,

Even Vuyani saying " this happens all the time " is PATHETIC for a Big Bank like FNB as an institute, why would he normalize the abnormal???,

Am disappointed !!!! Angry to say the list.
