FNB BARA HORRIBLE SERVICE

Received the most horrible service from the three ladies helping outside at the self service app area. Bad attitude, removing me from the queue to the self service app thing just not to help me when I asked for help got bad attitude from them. Asked why they removed me from the line cause I was the first on line maybe the desk consultants could have given better service than them. I went to the queue cause I wanted help if I could do it with my app I could have done it without coming so they insist I use self service but won't help when I asked for help. Horrible.
