FNB bank's horrible service

I am really not happy with their service mostly around Germiston. My elderly and physically challenged father 78 years of age is always not attended to I don't know they system works it makes me sad to see their staff giving other people attention and not trying to even explain how their things work.. My dad has banked with them for as long as I know but of late the service is very poor and there is no sense of urgency whatsoever. To be honest such service is one other reason why I changed them to one of their competitor I'm really disgusted and very angry for this poor service. FNB bank in Lambton Germiston
