FNB bank's antitrust violation and abuse of power through MONOPOLY set up between FNB and Paypal

FNB have for years run a monopoly on processing Paypal withdrawals into all bank accounts in South Africa. Whether you bank with them or not, they are the only ones who are allowed to process your Paypal withdrawals to another bank. Personal, private transactions between individuals and their bank of choice! But FNB consider themselves to be the mafia in charge! Never mind the Reserve Bank's requirements that are already imposed on everyone, they need to go one step above that too... This has already been an extremely annoying and downright antitrust-violating marriage in hell!!!! They have since gone even further in misusing their power over individuals' money, people who do not bank with them, precisely because people have had enough of this power-grab. When I tried withdrawing my funds into Capitec, as I have done before, I suddenly got a very childish and unprofessional message - 'Oops! An error has occurred'. User not permitted to access this process, there are certain FICA documents outstanding please call ***for assistance. Well, I then called them and was told they need my proof of address and a copy of my ID document - which I understand to be my legally valid, official bar-coded ID document, all details they actually had already, nothing changed. I mailed that to them, and was told this could take up to 48 business hours to be updated... I received an email this evening, minutes before the close of the business day, stating that my ID is not acceptable I must provide them with a 'Clear Color Copy Identity Document', the scanned copy of my ID was not what they wanted... Well, I'm sorry, this has gone too far! Who the hell are they to decide what is acceptable or not, when the document in question was legally issued in BLACK AND WHITE?!? And it is still a valid ID!!! And unless they get what they want, sorry, I can't get my money paid into a totally different bank?!? Really, this kind of corporate power grab/overreach of powers has got to end!!!! I need to withdraw my money from Paypal somehow, but then I am FINISHED with both FNB and PAYPAL!
