FNB BANKNG APP USELESS & SO ARE THERI TECH PERSONALL

my wife has tried is unable to login to FNB banking app. She has called FNB call center who point blank refuses to help her! They tell her to use the FNB website - which does not work at all!!! Is FNB so useless and out of touch with technology that the call center are clueless. IF FNB DOES NOT WANT TO HELP AND ARE INCOMPETINET THEN JUST ADMIT TO IT.
