FNB Banking system ****

I've been Banking with FNB for more than 10 years and they still failed to approve me a personal loan, a home loan and even a car finance, however a different Bank managed to approve me for a home loan to build my family a home meanwhile I do not even bank with them, so what am I benefiting from Banking with FNB, who is benefiting between myself and FNB......now it's obvious that there isn't any good reason why I should still remain and bank with FNB when they continue to charge me exorbitant amounts every month and are giving nothing back and also not helping me with anything. FNB is just a BIG **** and they are in this business to make money and NOT to help and assist it's clients when needs be.
