FNB banking no assistance

FNB states some of their staff is on training. I think ALL the staff is on training. I sat the whole of Monday trying to withdraw from my 32 day notification account(because I do not have the authority to do so). After 16h00 found somebody whom I thought he knew what he was doing. Alas to no avail. Have sat for hours again today Wednesday and still no luck. I am totally fed up with FNB.
