FNB Banking Fees

I’ve been a loyal FNB Premier customer for years, but their new pricing update is extremely disappointing. They’ve now started charging for every EFT made to other banks even though customers already pay a hefty bundled monthly fee.

This move feels like nothing more than a money-making scheme at the expense of their own clients. In a world where digital banking is encouraged and cash use is discouraged, it makes no sense to penalize customers for using electronic payments.

Not everyone is going to bank with FNB, and it’s unfair to charge customers simply for paying someone who chooses a different bank. For a bank that prides itself on innovation and customer experience, this decision feels like a step backward and a sign that customer value no longer comes first.
