TOTAL ******ION: Because of the new POPI act the Banks are going t find it hard to send marketing to you. Their solution? Force you to sign a form or have your account suspended! The form is so vague and sneaks in direct marketing in the process. Require you to be FICA'd but no mention of supplying any FICA docs... Just sign away. I will be taking this to the Bank Ombundsmen as well.
