FNB Banking Disaster!

Closed my Credit card over 5 years ago. Suddenly they recently began demanding I pay into the account. Emails and phone calls in the early hours with messages that I must phone them. When I phone their call centre Agents are always busy! They ignore my emails and just keep leaving the same messages. Disgusting service.
