FNB Banking App , prepaid electricity

FNB Banking App , prepaid electricity 1. I have been trying to purchase Prepaid Electricity on the FNB app, it gives an error saying the 3rd party vendor is down. My wife's app does the same. Yet my ABSA account works fine. 2. I am unable to address the issue on their secure chat line as it is not answered. 3. The chat feature for complaints does not allow further responses after answering No to the YES / NO prompt.
