FNB BANKING APP NOT WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP!!!!! I recently got a new phone and my phone number has changed. As such, I had to link my app to my new phone, however, as I am no longer using my old cellphone number, I can not get a OTP to log into my app and link my app with my new phone. Now, the stupid app says "Access Limited". It does not allow me to do ANYTHING!! I have searched online for options, but there are no options other than to activate my account with my card at an FNB ATM. I do not live close to an FNB ATM, and in the times that we are facing, it is simply NOT SAFE to go to an ATM at any time of day!! FNB WHAT DO I DO?????????????
