FNB Banking App issues

I recently updated my FNB Banking app on my P40 Lite, before the update, everything was working perfectly. I used my FNB tap 'n pay option, too my surprise it did not work and I had to set it up, which is not an issue.

Unfortunately, it told me that the system is unavailable. I tried an hour later. Told me the same thing. A tried a day later, the same thing. Two weeks later, it still tells me the same thing and after numerous attempts to FNB App call centre, I still haven't received assistance.

FNB, I've been a proud member of your bank for 7 years and not once have you given me problems but it's been two weeks and I still haven't received assistance, please do not prove me wrong because I tell everyone I lnow you are the best to bank with.
