FNB banking app is unreliable and not user friendly

FNB banking app is unreliable and not user friendly. In June I had money in my account 3 days before I got paid. I don’t know how this happens but they allow debits to go off when there is money in your account. The money was obviously meant for something. Than last month September 2024 my account was in a minus R3k 2 days after I got paid. I check the app and they blocked me. Again today I had money in my account. It was debited before the agreed date. Before I got paid. The money was sent for me to do a few things. And boom it’s gone. I can’t get it back, only in the next 24 hours. I feel ****** and discouraged. I’m so sad and disappointed. Can we not stick to agreed date for debit orders?
