FNB Banking App Complicated to Use

FNB app is not user friendly. So many options and complicated to start using it. I could not immediately make a payment from the credit card and had to go into the bank again and activate it inside the bank. The credit limit shift feature, I want to transfer from budget to straight and it is gives an error message "your request cannot be processed. This transaction is not permitted on one of your specified accounts. For queries call ***." on a Sunday how can I resolve this? The in app chat just takes me to credit limit shifts.
