FNB Banking app

The banking app is the worst! its so frustrating to get payments done. Iv tried a few times to make payments which was above the limit and it keeps asking to verify a selfie to approve the temporary limit increase. the selfie verification doesn't work and everytime i try to go back it kicks me right off the app so i have to log in and start the process again. tried to use the chat option to get assistance and the chat was ended due to 'technical issues'. now i cant log onto the app because the system is offline. please deactivate the selfie verification! and improve the app
