FNB Banking

I logged onto my FNB banking site this morning and noticed that a substantial amount of money has been deducted from my account by FNB for #EXCESS ITEM FEE . I've been banking with FNB for as long as I can remember and I have never had charges of this nature deducted from my account. For me this is diabolical and I would love to know if this has happened to anyone else. Geepers, it seems FNB can deduct money from a persons account as and when it suits them. This is crazy and cannot be right, SURELY?
