FNB bankers useless

Good evening FNB bankers are the worst ever. They never respond to emails not assist urgently. They lack efficiency. I emailed my bank regarding home loan application query on the 31st of October to this date no response from FNB. I'm highly disappointed with their service is the worst to say the least.
