Fnb Banker on chat showed no interest in my call and let me hanging when I asked for investigation of my missing funds

I deposited R20 000 payment into someone’s account on the 13th, today I leant that the money was still not in his account . Though my account was debited for R20 000, I chatted to a lady at Fnb secure chat, she passed on to another BUSISIWE cindi, i related the whole story, her response was it takes 3 days for funds to clear between different banks, told her it’s Fnb to Fnb , she said i” are you referring to this payment” sending a screen shot of R20 000 payment , I said yes , she said It shows unpaid, I said but that’s what I have been telling you, the problem is the money is also not in my account it was deducted as shown in statement , she said “ we will log it as a missing payment for investigation “, I asked her , how long does it ok,because I needed to know whether I should make arrangements to pay the person I was trying to pay, BUSISIWE CINDI , THE FNB BANKer ON CHAT was gone, I heard no response from her, tried to chat for 20 minutes nothing from her side. I am in a foreign country on business trip for the next 4 days , I cannot call Fnb directly , this lady doesn’t seem to care. I don’t know why Nthabiseng Mashego transferred me to Busisiwe Cindi. And then she down played the urgency of my chat.
