FNB bank worst bank ever

Worst bank to ever bank with they let my bank account get over drawn by R5000 and its still climbing iv been to the bank and tried to sort this out i was informed i was given over to legal department without my knowledge noone tried to contact me regarding my account and now their answer is we cant help u you must talk to the lawyers on this fine i guess but fnb said the account does not belong to them anymore yet the charges r raising from fnb thats just wonderful when im dome paying back their money that they rocked up in my account i might just sue them myself .
