FNB bank working with a *****ster executer to withdraw the deceased money *******ly
One of Gauteng FNB bank assisted an ******* executor to withdraw deceased money from deceased Capitec account. I need FNB to explain to me how on earth did they open an estate account for someone who is not even related to the deceased without crucial prerequisites documents ,such as a Death certificate, deceased childrens ID copies and minors birth certificate copies and authority from beneficiaries .
The most shameful part is that we are struggling to get a competent person who is willing to help us to open a case at the bank , we've been transferred from one department to 7 departments .

We eventually managed open a case at SAPS and get the valid and invalid documents that FNB were processed to open an estate account .
We eventually managed open a case at SAPS and get the valid and invalid documents that FNB were processed to open an estate account .
1) FNB accepted and processed a decommissioned green ID book copy of the deceased that was certified on the 28 November 2006
2) FNB opened an estate account without Power of attorney and death notice document
3) Did FNB confirm the facility that certified the death certificate if it is legal ?
It is evident that FNB was negligent. The legal executor lost around R310k that was fixed invested at Capitec bank and he is currently spending a lot of money on Attorneys to assist him with this case
