This clown bank is a joke. They don’t tell you this, but you cannot access your own latest bank statements through their call centre or online if they are issued quarterly. Also, expect higher interest rates than any of their competitors and rude service.

Go to Nedbank. Go to Capitec. Go to Standard Bank. Go anywhere except FNB, where they haven’t even capacitated their advisors to perform basic functions.
