FNB - Bank verification for CSD

I'm struggling to get bank verification from fnb, for CSD treasury i tried to send emails and i was given a number to contact, i contacted that number but i ran out of airtime whilst speaking to the consultant. Yersteday 25th March 2021 i went to fnb branch in Braamfontein, the consultant said he doesnt know who does verifications for csd (central supplier database), therefore i called the number that was given to me through email, the consultant on the line asked questions that are irrelevant to my querie. I really need for my business account to be verified as i cannot get payments from state organs because of lack of verification, FNB is making it difficult to run my business because all i do is work but i cant get my payments. Please fix this today
