FNB Bank unacceptable behaviour

I’m super annoyed with FNB, the agreed date for debit orders is the 25th of every month, they debited my account on the 22nd, why ? The 25th is on Monday ! What’s the point of agreeing to a debit order date when they can just decide to debit on the 15th or 20th ? This is pure ……can’t even say the word
