FNB bank taking our money!!!
Hi,today at around 6pm i made a deposit of R10900 here in Randgontein Tambotie mall..and the atm returned my card and slip stating the amount i deposit but my deposit could not go through.(unsuccsessful)
Early last month i made a atm deposit at fnb Westonaria of R R20000 and it took R15100 so R4900 went missing i never received a slip showing the whole amount.i reported the matter and filled out forms,till today my money has not been recovered.and they said because its not showing they wont refund me now it happens today again i am realy stressed Fnb is not going to return my money and its was an urgent deposit...i realy need help.
