FNB bank south : the only bank which is full of unqualified employees & staff

The only bank full of unqualified employees/staff and ******* banking officials and system that seeks to undermine the government 's agenda promoting the BEE & SME. I lost my order and customer for PPE due to FNB bank boulder's mall branch and so called forex department of FNB who failed to pay my Global payment to my client in China for face masks, it's sad that no explanation has been given why the FNB bank deliberately send incorrect information of the beneficiary twice in one transaction, after my order was canceled I told the bank to reverse the payment of which the acted in their capacity to import the goods which now are stack at DHL O.R Tambo airport, ways to get explanation , closer, answer from the bank its fruitless. I do advice fellow South Africa not to do Global payments with FNB bank south Africa. I currently have evidence of incorrect information of the manufacturer 'name that made the manufacturer not to release my order for more than a month after the money was moved out of my account.
