FNB Bank - Shocking Service

Probally the most shocking service ever from FNB.

I have 3 Bussiness Accounts and 2 Personal Accounts with FNB.

Apparently, with these accounts, you get a Personal or Bussiness Banker allocated to you.

So obviously "these so-called bankers" is either ghosts or does not exist at all.

If you call Customer Care, you are greeted by a Robot. And now you have to interact with this Robot and try to explain your problem or query.

Then they put you thru to a "real person" that might as well also be a robot, as they can't even speak properly or underatand how they can help you. They are more confused than anything else about their own products or services.

This is absolutley pathetic, to be honest.
