FNB Bank ****s with bank charges

My Name is Nonhlanhla Nzimande I am very angry at FNB they have been accusing me of owing them R2400 for an account I don't even have with them. An FNB representative came to our workplace to improve business products to us and to check if we can get an account opened with them. And she check and said if we can accounts we must activate the account and deposit money for the account to start working and we will get cards after that and that is 2023 and I never activated of gotten a card, last year late 2025 Feb I stated receiving SMS that I owe bank charges until now. No fica, no activation, no bank card nothing.... I am very disappointed in them this is the second time even when I had a bond with they they started nonsense as I was closing my bond in 9 years I dislike this bank with all I have.......they are a ****mer to me nje. Why do they abuse people why did they not call in all this years only now HAIBOO
