FNB Bank **** ***** report

In 2023 or so my daughter recieved money from her dad via eft, for some reason his account got blocked but was later resolved with the bank and his ban lifted, as a result of her being his beneficiary at that time she has been unable to open an account at FNB as she's listed on the system for *****. She is currently 19 years old and at the time of the incident she was 17. I don't understand why she has to have her future tarnished and suffer the consequences of being blacklisted by a bank for an issue that was resolved 3 years ago. We would like to get to the bottom of this or we will reach out to the banking ombudsman. We called the bank and got this reference RM*** we spoke to Paballo. We will appreciate this issue being resolved as soon as relatively possible.
