FNB BANK POOR SEVICE TO NEW CUSTOMERS

App**** for an account in December 2019, was issued my card in January 2020. I attempted to access my rcp to pay off a creditor only to discover the rcp was not active although FNB approved me for this loan. After investigating this matter in person and via the telephone I am still in the dark as to what the way forward is. I opened this account at the Woodmead branch; went to meet with the Branch Manager this week to get a resolve. One Tebogo, who told me that the loan should never have been offered to me as I never banked with FNB. She promised she would call me back by close of business on 17 February 2020 but never called me I was called by the consultant that assisted me and processed my loan. She tried to make all the excuses telling me that she is very sorry for the rcp loan which was not put into my account. Attempted to change her story telling me that she told me this and told me that. I told her I am not an idiot I submitted all my documents to her and scanned them in to her. I received the agreement for the credit card and rcp and signed both. I was given a settlement letter by my creditor to pay the account by 14 February 2020. Of course this didn't happen due to a consultant who was not trained properly and who did not do her job. I went to Carlswald branch and called FNB call centre to get this matter sorted out only to be transferred from one department to another going in circles with no luck. I called at leased 20 times until I asked to speak to the manager one Sibongile who called the FNB departments to investigate. She got no where as she said the numbers she called were dropped. She spoke to some consultants asking them is this the service FNB gives their customers. To this end she told me the consultant at Woodmead never app**** the credit to my account. She said she would call me back I'm still waiting. I got hold of the CEO's email address one Jacques Celliers and emailed him twice he received the emails but failed to respond to me. The service this bank offers is very poor even the CEO doesnt answer customer emails. I want this matter to get resolved and will escalate it to all the executives at FNB until I get an answer and a resolve. I will not be dismissed by this organisation. It is disgusting service and poor client satisfaction. FNB "how can we help you" what a contradiction!
