FNB BANK POOR SERVICE WITH UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES

Poor system, service. Its shocking that a bank like FNB can lie to client promising to build client yet the bank is after benefiting from client service without client support. I was advised to open private account and have health policy after seeing the good way I was running my Easy savings account. I was shocked the debit order didn't go through as agreed and second month after resolving the matter with the branch it was bad to wase the debit went through the wrong account, I ask myself, is this building my profile or its destroying my profile
