FNB Bank Poor Service

I have been banking with FNB for a very long time now. Its only been in recent years I started realising that the customer service has become so terrible. I am not sure if this is due to the *********** workforce at the company or is it just poor supervision or training but it needs alot of attention. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.... Capitec or anyone else is the new way to go.
