FNB BANK ONLINE SECURE PREMIER SUIT PATHETIC
I am so ****ed off by FNB SECURE CHAT PREMIER SUIT. agents giving me different information firstly I wanted to cancel my. Debit it was done but too late so debit went through I paid this already and want to reverse it but one says yes come chat today today is here now this agent can't do it or I'm told they do not do it on their platform bull **** man ,I'm going to move my salary today ,i DO NOT WANT THIS ACCOUNT WITH ITS HIGH COST FEES WHICH WAS ANOTHER ISSUE DEBITED ON A DIFFERENT DATE TO MY SALARY WHEN A TEAM LEADER SAYS YES ILL BE REFUNDED AND DEBITED CORRECT DATE AGAIN SECURE CHAT UNINFORMED AND **** TO ME ,ALL I WANT IS MY R1450 refunded debited 25th processed today

28 Oct 2020, 06:50I have still not received any feedback from FNB other than this automated response to show the public they have noted my complaint ,the reason I moved my salary was that I was also offered a cellphone for 99 a month where np credit vetting will be done after 6 months I would be eligible come six months that benefit has been cancelled IM MOVING MY SALARY and closing this account if it is not Secure chat agents and team leaders lying or being uninformed regarding my debit orders and reimbur*****t it is false advertising to get people to buy into their system,highly disappointed.And I'm not the only one moving my salary so is my partner and friend
