FNB - Bank of *******

FNB statement shows 2 x charges for unpaid items for 2 items each with different amounts, 180 & 135. Trying to get an explanation of the exact items was the 'honouring fee' was for and why different amounts for the same number of items felt like pulling teeth. The support from chat service is pathetic, the couldn't give a straight answer but referred me back to my statement which was very reason I was talking to them trying to get answers.
