So I had a verified device, and for some reason I went insane and thought I would upgrade to a new device.

Should be easy right? RIGHT???

I try the in-app method, no luck. I try calling, no luck. I try going to a branch, no luck.

Call-center agents are unable to assist me, because they can't verify my identity after asking the world's most ludicrous questions I have ever heard in my life. I had to go re-think my life after those questions because apparently i don't know myself...

I wish FNB would stop "bragging" that they have the best online offering, which is such nonsense.

I have said it before, and I will say it again. If it wasn't for ebucks, I would close my account, but I'm guessing that is also an impossible task given FNB's track-record
